A reminder that the clubhouse will be open from 10.00am on New Years Day.

Winter Wheels

Winter wheels should be fitted to all trolleys.  The professional shop have them in stock for most trolleys if you do not already have them fitted.

CGC Lottery December Draw

The winner of the first prize of £200 in the main draw was Paul Farrell.  Tony McNicholl won the £100 2nd prize and Mike Sutton scooped £50 for third.  The rollover draw was not won so goes into the winning pot for January.  The January draw is taking place in the clubhouse on Friday 17th at 3.30pm.

A section of the car park will be closed from Monday 6th January for tree work to take place.

Winter League

The play by date for the group stage of the Winter League is Sunday 12th January.  Please ensure the results of all of your games are posted on the noticeboard in the mens changing rooms, irrespective of the result.

Saturdays

Saturdays will remain as Free Tee Days until the end of March 2025.  Two balls are encouraged to join up to ensure a consistent pace of play.  The existing whatsapp groups are a great way to achieve this.

Please ensure you practice Ready Golf at all times.  Do not wait for the person who is furthest from the hole to play first.  Groups behind who are clearly playing quicker should be let through, regardless of whether there are other groups in front.

Social Events

There are still a few tickets left for Burns Night next month.  Guests are very welcome - Oidhche Bhlas Burns!

The first Quiz of 2025 will have a romantic theme! Tickets are online now for £12.00 per person including a new light bite from Chef Tony!
